Eucalyptus marginata Jarrah serving board. Jarrah is a durable hardwood found only in the south-west region of Western Australia. Designed for use as a serving board for cheese, charcuterie, tapas, desserts, pizzas or simply as a decorative piece in the home. As each serving board is made from natural materials there will be some variation in wood grain and colour to the photo shown. Engraved with our illustration of the Eucalyptus rhodantha Rose Mallee which is a threatened plant endemic to Western Australia. There are fewer than 400 individual plants recorded near Three Springs and Watheroo in the northern wheatbelt of Western Australia. The Rose Mallee flowers from March to November each year. Care: This board has a food safe protective oil finish. Handwash and re-oil occasionally with a light olive oil.
