One of a series of works exploring the subtle differences in Red-tailed Black-Cockatoo feathers that fall to the ground. Feathers that become damaged naturally fall to the ground, tracing paths of where the birds roost or fly. Even the most damaged feathers are precious and worthy of recording. Capturing the differing stages of deterioration in the feathers, as opposed to only featuring feathers in perfect condition, reflects the deterioration in numbers of this species.
