As part of my project for the City of Vincent in 2020 I created a limited edition book showing some of the original photographs I took on walks during COVID lockdowns. These are quiet observations and reflections on a space that was suddenly empty of cars. Attention was drawn to how our urban landscapes is dominated by needing to control vehicles, parking measures, signage, speed humps, road markings, barriers, curbs. These all add noise to the landscape that should be our community refuge.
