Swan Brooch

WA Sheoak brooch engraved with the iconic black swan. Due to nature of natural materials, there will be variation in colour and grain from the photo shown.

Crafted from Allocasuarina fraseriana, commonly known as Western Sheoak found throughout Perth and the South-West Region of WA often in Jarrah Forest. Shoeaks can grow up to 15m high, have needle like leaves and have either male or female flowers. The wood grain has a distinct lace pattern.
