Donnelly River Village invites artists to visit the village and respond to the iconic 1950s timber milling village in WA’s south west. Jane was one of six artists who took part in the 2022 Donnelly Verandah residencies; Vicki Ames, David Carson, Jane Coffey, James Giddy, Julie Podstolski and Blake Poole.

Painted from the verandah of house no.8 at nightfall. As the light fades there is a distance patch of sky which is last to loose daylight and creates a magical glow as the stars slowly reveal themselves through the branches.
